I embedded with agents searching abandoned properties for fugitives. This series of images shows the search for and capture of one fugitive nicknamed "Joe Drums" who had converted the home into a makeshift heroin lab. I stacked up "butt to nut" with the breaching team and followed them through the door, armed only with my camera and armor plate carrier. The adrenaline of entering a dangerous environment and not knowing what was behind the door is indescribable. It is simply... addictive.
